Refund and Cancellation Policy

To ensure clarity and avoid any ambiguity, here are our rules:

• All cancellation or modification requests must be sent by email or phone.

• Refunds may be made according to the conditions specified at the time of booking.

• For sea kayaking excursions, in the event of bad weather or cancellation by Istorlet, the customer may choose between a postponement or a full refund.

• No refunds will be given for late arrivals or no-shows.

This policy is designed to protect both our customers and our team while maintaining a fair organization.
